1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  2. Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  3. All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
  4. Items purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. These may include innerwear, personalized items, or products marked as non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping
  4. Ensure product is securely packed to avoid damage

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product defects, subject to availability. Exchange requests must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason for return. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping cost.
